Barefoot Beaches condo 2322 is located on the 23nd floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 3rd floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an on-site $105 registration fee required by the resort for 10 RFID beach-access armbands and 2 garage parking passes.
*Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

"Barefoot Beaches" is a penthouse, direct beachfront, 3BR + Bunk/3BA condo, professionally managed by Azure-Properties. This condo is in one of the largest floorplans in Shores of Panama. There's plenty of room for the whole family!

The spacious living area has comfortable furniture, a smart TV, and large windows to enjoy the breathtaking views. The kitchen has all of the utensils and appliances you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is ample seating in the dining room & breakfast bar to include the whole family. You can have your morning coffee while enjoying the gorgeous views from the large windows, which allow for tons of natural light. End the day with a cocktail on the large balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, en-suite full bath with a tub/shower combo. The first Guestroom has a Queen bed, en-suite full bath with tub/shower combo. The second Guestroom, has a Queen bed and plenty of storage. The Bunkroom is perfect for the kids with a twin/twin bunkbed, a TV to help entertain them and a full bath with a walk-in shower. The living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortable sleep 10!. This unit has a free WiFi & a full sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for guests to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin by the poolside beach access gate.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
