SHORES OF PANAMA CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Sections of the Shores of Panama building are scheduled for exterior stucco renovation beginning December 09, 2024 & ending February 14, 2025. During this time the balcony will be inaccessible. You may experience noise during the day due to this construction so we have discounted our pricing to account for the inconvenience. Condo 2007 is located on the 20th floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 5th floor. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $100 on-site registration fee paid to the resort for parking passes and amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

The stunning views of the tropical lagoon pool, bright emerald water of the Gulf, and sandy white beach is a truly breathtaking site. The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area are the true centerpiece of the condo, where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining! Featuring all the large & small appliances to make a great meal, updated granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a eat-in dining area, you have everything you need to serve breakfast in the morning as you watch the sunrise, make some snacks in the afternoon and cook a mouthwatering seafood dinner in the evening. There is seating at the eat-in kitchen bar, the dining table or even on your large, private balcony.

Walking into the living room, you notice the HUGE windows, which allow for tons of natural light. The living area features a large TV, a comfortable sectional making it perfect for movie and game nights! End the day with a cocktail on the private balcony, watching the gorgeous sunset with family and friends in the new Polywood balcony furniture. The spacious living room includes a queen pullout sofa which allows this condo to comfortably sleep 8. This unit also includes a full sized Washer and Dryer.

At night you'll have your choice of relaxing in one of the 2 master suites or twin trundle bunkroom. The first master suite features a King bed, a TV perfect for playing your favorite show or movie after a long day out on the water, a view of the Gulf, and an ensuite full bath with a tub/shower combo. You can use the private bath with a tub to ease your aching muscles, or a shower to rinse the white sand off of your feet before crawling into bed.

Your guests can claim their space in the second master suite or the cozy bunkroom. The 2nd master features a Queen sized bed with a smartTV, perfect for watching the newest Netflix flick, and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo to clean off the sand & salt after a day of skimming the waves in the salt water or running along the boardwalk.

The bunkroom has a twin/twin bunkbed with comfortable bedding. An attached full bath with a standup shower is perfect for washing the days sand & salt off before curling into bed dreaming about the next day's adventures.

Located in Shores of Panama, a 23- story Gulf- front luxury resort located in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort features over 14,000 square feet of pool space with outdoor hot tub, an indoor heated pool & hot tub, 2 poolside Tiki bars, a community charcoal grill & picnic area, a modern fitness center, coffee/donut shop in the lobby, and a banquet/meeting room is available for large groups. There are beachside activities and watersports as well as chair/ umbrella rentals on site. Shores of Panama also provides parking in the covered garage.

1) What type of coffee pot is in the condo?
This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.

*Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $175.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
