The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is a $85 on-site registration fee for your parking pass & the amenity armbands for your group. Sleeps 6
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

The updated ensuite full bath has a vanity with great lighting and a shower/ tub combo.
